Watch THIS Before Your Next IVF Cycle

I’m here tonight to share three things, that you need to know before undergoing IVF. So, IVF or In Vitro Fertilization is one of the most amazing technological advances in Western medicine. I know, many babies who might not be here without it. If you are one of the tens of thousands who may be considering IVF this year. There’s a few things to know before you start your IVF cycle, to increase your chances of succeeding on your first cycle. First, jumping straight into IVF may lower your chances of success. If you’re struggling with infertility and have a diagnosis like PCOS, Pearl Marian Reserve or even undiagnosed Infertility, you have an underlying health issue and the important thing is to address this health issue before you start taking fertility medications. If you start taking fertility medications while still having a health condition. You may experience more side effects from the medications, you may also on the medications will not work as effectively. And, you may have something like being a poor responder to your fertility cycle.

So, what we attempt to do with our patients, when we have a chance to work with them for a few months before they start a medicated cycle. We, it really gives us a golden opportunity to help them improve their health and improve their fertility, improve their overall circulation and the health of their liver their adrenal gland function and the many various different systems within the body that really need to be healthy. In order to support fertility and support the body processing of the fertility medication and ensuring a strong and healthy response.

Secondly, we really encourage you to maintain a positive attitude and make sure that you have a clear perspective on what is happening. We know that sometimes when people undergo IVF. There’s a lot of ups and downs. There are, there’s the numbers from the lab work. There is egg counts their sperm counts. There’s number of embryos. How many are left of the time of transfer and other things that we see, is that even women who have a large amount of eggs at retrieval or a man who has a great amount of sperm. We still sometimes see that by the end of embryo development. The, the accounts can be low, sometimes there’s not even anything left to transfer.

On the flipside, we have seen many women who have taken the chance to get themselves healthy and improve their fertility. Maybe so, only have a couple of eggs by the end. By this time, they go to retrieval or by the time embryo development is done, but because they’re strong and healthy eggs. They still have a successful IVF transfer. We’d even have many women who successfully have twins, even with only two poorly graded embryos by Western standards being transferred. So, it is possible what you have to do is be confident that you have done the work to get your eggs healthy and maintain that positivity throughout the concepts.

The third thing that you need to know is, having the guidance of a coach can really help you get all the way to the finish line. I want you to imagine, if you were training for a marathon that was coming up in a few months and it was your very first marathon. If you had the opportunity to work with a coach, who had already coached hundreds of thousands of women or individuals in training for marathons, helping them get to the finish learning and helping them reduce their chance of injury. Would you take that opportunity to work with that coach or would you go ahead and try and train on all on your own and just see how it worked out. Chances are most of us would take the opportunity to work with the coach. We would appreciate having the guidance and the expertise of somebody who has done this before, somebody who has helped other people reach the same goal. The same thing should go for IVF or even for just getting pregnant for that matter. We really need to take the work to prepare the soil, to make sure that everything is healthy, before we proceed with that pregnancy. When that happens, the reproductive organs are healthier, the eggs are healthier and this chance of success increases.
