Feet Warming For Infertility

I have heard that it’s important to keep my feet covered and keep myself warm during my two-week wait what weights. Life is important and is it true? Well, it is true that you don’t want your body expending more energy than it needs to. When you can take the steps to prevent that energy loss For Example, by putting on socks or slippers or a sweater and so on. But, you see the biggest problem that you need to understand here is not whether or not you need to wear socks or sleep with a hot water bottle at your feet whether or not that’s going to support your fertility. It’s whether or not the need to do these things is even appropriate for you.

For Example, Let’s say it’s winter and you live somewhere where it gets cold, it’s normal to feel called in want to wear socks but if it’s summer and it’s 80 or 90 degrees fahrenheit out and you still feel like you need to wear socks to be comfortable. Wearing socks is not addressing your real problem. The problem is in the health of your blood flow in your circulation. The circulation is poor and not able to deliver what you need from out your entire body. If you’re not even able to keep your feet warm when it’s 80 degrees outside. Your your blood is not able to nourish your reproductive organs as they’re not essential to sustaining your life right now. Remember that there’s no quick fixes for fertility, if someone gives you a quick tip or a trick like this like, just putting socks on is gonna change your fertility outcome.

Always ask questions, Is this really addressing the root of the problem or does this sound too good to be true. Is this a real solution or a band-aid? Fertility is not going to be fixed by putting socks on. You have to address the entire system and do the work to solve the real problems that are blocking your fertility and keeping you from fulfilling your baby dreams.
