Our background and training is in Chinese medicine, nutrition, and herbal medicine with an emphasis on supporting the body's ability to get pregnant and stay pregnant, therefore we view the body and fertility health from a different perspective than mainstream science. Our evaluation methods enable us to find answers and solutions in innovative and discerning ways that improves fertility for those trying to conceive naturally as well as those preparing for procedures such as IUI or IVF.

In addition to improving your chances of conceiving and having a healthy baby, your program will include everything necessary to improve your fertility including personalized one-on-one coaching calls, educational videos and materials, as well as access to anything new we offer while you are enrolled.

Yes! We have over a decade of experience working with women while they are concurrently taking fertility medications, as well as many other medications. We are confident that we can make your program a safe and effective complement to incorporate into your care plan.

First, we will celebrate together! For those who get pregnant early in their program, we are fully prepared and experienced in supporting the first trimester with the same level of care.

Our customized programs are built upon a whole systems approach and each is tailored to meet the needs of the individual clients. We do not use a “one size fits all” approach, your care begins with a full heath and fertility history from which we will craft your complete care plan incorporating all of the methodologies we feel will be appropriate for you. Throughout your program, our focus is on resolving your underlying fertility problems to restore your fertility, help you conceive, and prepare you to have your healthy baby.

We meet for your coaching sessions in a secure, private online meeting room or over the phone.

At this time, insurance does not cover our services. If you live in Washington state, you may be able to use your HAS/FSA funds to cover all or some of the costs.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal credit. We can also discuss other payment methods and options with you one-on-one.
