Ginger is definitely pretty awesome. I had overworked my body and really my whole system needed to be reset. Honestly I think the most important thing was to have a complete stranger tell you that you are doing it wrong lol. I knew I what I needed to do but having someone tells you exactly what you need to hear is worth it in my opinion. No surprises- more water, more greens, less sugar, and exercise. I’ve made permanent changes including cutting caffeine cold turkey, no more sugary drinks just water, and exercise/stretching regularly and as expected I got better. Overall straight forward, REAL health advice not just concerned with pumping you full of pills which I am totally against. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone in need. Thanks Ginger!
