Why Blood Flow is the Secret to Fertility

Hi, I’m Ginger from Roar Fertility and today’s topic is blood flow and fertility. So, why is blood flow important and why is it important for fertility? In order for our bodies to work optimally. We need for our cardiovascular system to deliver a lot of nutrients to every single cell of our body. That cardiovascular system I mean, our hearts which is literally the pump that pumps our blood and nutrients to our tissues. I mean, the vessels which is the freeway through which all of our nutrients get delivered and of course, that includes the blood which contains all the oxygens and vitamins and healing blood cells and inflammatories and all of the essential nutrients that our cells need to sustain and regenerate themselves.

So, what causes poor circulation? There are so many reasons for poor circulation, not havinge nough of the vital nutrients in the body to regenerate and feed the tissues. Having low quality nutrients that can damage your vessels and age your tissues faster. Too much heat and inflammation in the body can retard the blood flow and cause a lot of heat on top of the body like, the red head or red hot ears and causing cold on the bottom like, cold feet or injuries that are hard to heal. Too much sugar can make your blood thicker and harder to flow as well, as caused injury in your vessels. Too much fat cholesterol and clog up the arteries and there are the pathways of through which the blood flow flows. So, these are just a few our body regenerates constantly. Cells will die and then fall off and they get replaced with new cells. So, our body breaks down tissue and it builds back up tissue every single day. Your cardiovascular system is a freeway which are the vessels to deliver the nutrients, which is the blood to our tissues such as, the muscles and organs for instance.

So, good blood flow requires strong hearts, healthy blood vessels and an abundance of nutrients in the blood as well as proper volume, blood pressure and quality. So, let’s look at the heart. So, a heart is a muscle that’s constantly working, even when the whole body wants to take a break and is tired, your heart is still working for you and maybe even working harder. So, in order for the heart to work, It needs a lot of minerals and nutrients. We like to say that the heart is like the Emperor of your body and when the Emperor is strong a full body can thrive, but when the Emperor is weak, your whole kingdom maybe suffering. The heart is like a pump of a plumbing system, watering the lawn. If there’s too much heat in the system, it’s going to start functioning like, a volcano and increase the pressure in the whole system and damage the walls of the vessels and causes more blood flow in the main arteries but not so much in the capillaries that may be supplying certain tissues including the fertility organs. If there’s not enough fluids in a plumbing system the pressure will drop down and with low blood pressure. That’s how effective that lawn will be watered, it’s gonna be spotty. Some areas of the body may not get any water at all and people age faster and cells may die off so, in the case of infertility.

The plumbing system of blood to the sex organs are either insufficient for one of the above reasons and just not pushing the quality blood into the organs to help regenerate properly. So, the tissues can get older or more degenerated or what’s in the blood supplying the tissues are not quality enough, like too many carbs, sugar and toxins they can cost poor circulation to the tissues, maybe those tissue age faster and function improperly. Well, your fertility Organ won’t be nourished as well as it could be. Old cells can die off and if you don’t give them the materials to recreate the building blocks and tissues to regenerate, you will build tissues that are inferior. As, we get older of course blood flow is going to decrease and also we have more years to accumulate the negative effects of poor circulation. So to recap, Blood is super super important to your fertility and blood flow and the health of your cardiovascular system, they’re really the secrets to restoring your fertility. How can you tell, if you have good circulation well, warm hands, warm feet but not too hot as well as that cold hat that not a cool head. So, take about three months to affect your fertility organs by restoring temporary blood supply that’s going to depend on the blood flow.
